How to send the RFQ or ORDER form to us?

• click on the red button  under respective price of each product
  
• choose desired parameters of your product
• type your contact details (Email, Phone No., Invoice address)
• before you send over by clicking on the SUBMIT button please choose either RFQ or Binding Order. By clicking on the button the filled-in form will be sent to us.
  

Your RFQ or Binding Order is delivered to us by email whereupon we contact you with our price quotation or order confirmation as soon as possible.

The orders are mostly delivered on wooden pallets to our customers by transport companies or they may be handed over to our customers directly at our production site at:

The picking up date and time must be notified by phone or email message at least 1 day before the customer arrival is due. The pick up time out of working hours including weekend days and bank holidays is also possible, just only must be notified in advance.

The transport service performed by cooperating transport companies is calculated individually, always depends on customer delivery location.
